Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. I ship through USPS. Items will be shipped to the address that is listed on your order.
International Buyers (outside of US) – Any extra taxes or fees are the buyers responsibility.
If you live in or near SLC and would like to avoid shipping costs, we can arrange pick up at Red Kiln or any of my local markets.
I do my very best to pack your purchase carefully and get it to you safely and securely. Please, please let me know if you are unhappy with your purchase or if it is damaged when you get it and I will make it right.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Porcelain jewelry is fragile, but more durable than you might think. And with a little extra love, they can last a long time. Store jewelry in a box or something with a little extra cushion. Be careful taking them on & off, especially over a hard surface.
If your jewelry gets dirty, gently wash with soap and water.
When traveling, wrap each piece in a box and carry them with you if you can. Try to avoid any direct impact.
WHAT IF THEY BREAK?
I can usually repair or replace the broken piece(s). Cost can vary between $5-15. Please email/message me with a picture, and I’ll follow up with options. I promise to be good to you, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
WHAT ARE THE EARWIRES MADE OF?
All earwires are made with non-allergenic, nickel-free surgical steel that does not tarnish. I do not use sterling silver because they tarnish and can contain some traces of nickel.
